This is an antique copy of Early English Literature by Bernhard Ten Brink published by Henry Holt in 1883.  It was in a library and has only spine numbers and number on title page to indicate this.

The book was translated from the German by Horace M. Kennedy.

The cover has some wear as shown. However, for a book that is 138 years old, it is in decent shape overall.
