4L80E Stator Teflon Seal Ring Tool Resizer & Installer
DO PLEASE LUBE THE RING!!!
1. Place the Resizer on the Stator and insert the Teflon Ring. The resizer will expand the Teflon Ring
2. With your fingers push the ring GENTLY all the way down to the first Groove
3. Once in the groove massage the Teflon Ring around the groove Use the installer to install the Teflon Ring into the groove. Use it repeatedly until the teflon ring seats in place.
4. Repeat for the remaining teflon ring
Expander does not go over the shaft it sits on top of the shaft.
DO PLEASE LUBE THE RESIZER AND THE EXPANDER
READ THE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the teflon sealing ring on the expander and place the expander on top of the shaft. Walk the teflon sealing ring to the groove and massage the teflon sealing ring into the groove.
2. The Resizer does go into the shaft, use it to install the teflon sealing ring into the groove.
3. Repeat for the remaining teflon sealing ring.
