Once we receive your part with your details. We will dispatch replacement part ASAP.

 

Advance Replacement: We charge you extra £40 deposit on top of exchange price including next day postage and send our part to you in advance. When you fix your boiler and take the old part off and send us back within 14 days to above address. We will refund your  £40 deposit back to your account.

Note:  Please check your old part before send. The part should not be water damaged, burnt, physically damaged or cracked. If the old part is beyond repair. We will send it back, cancel your order and refund the money. If you have any questions, please contact us on 01162380244.

Direct Sale without Exchange : We will send you pcb without exchange in this service. You do not need to send your old pcb.

Warranty: We provide 12 months warranty on our reconditioned parts. If the part become faulty with in warranty period. You can send it back to us with your details. We will send you another one free of charge. If you have any issue regarding that part. You can contact us. We will be more than happy to assist you.

Shipping: We provide free postage and packaging for UK and mainland areas, orders must be placed before 3pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. If you live in the Highlands or Offshore you will be charged £10.00 for postage & packaging.


Saturday delivery: Royal Mail. If you require this service, please contact us on eBay.

Lost Or Damaged: If your parcel arrives damaged please call us immediately on e Bay and we will arrange for a replacement or try to sort out your problem asap.

 

Returns: We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition. The new parts should be unopened before returning. Otherwise, we won't accept the return.
