This is a size (tag says youth M; armpit to armpit is 18 inches; top of the shoulder to the bottom is 23 inches) vintage 1990's sewn acrylic v-neck made in USA sweater from Pokemon.  The sweater is BRAND NEW WITH ORIGINAL TAGS. Thanks!
