  • After dispatch, tracking number will be available. They usually deliver between 2- 6 business days. Delivery to WA and remote regional areas can take longer.
  • Please kindly note that we cannot prevent delays/damages in delivery by AUPOST & Other local couriers. If your item has been damaged in transit, please let us know and we will arrange resend.

  • Faulty items: We will refund your return postage only up to the amount it originally cost to send the item to you. Unless otherwise agreed beforehand, we do not reimburse Express or Registered post costs on returns.
