New, unused condition, will not come on it's original box. Minor cosmetic scuffs/marks present due to poor storage/transportation. We believe these units were designed for LAPD police vehicles, but can be used for all types of vehicles. Additional accessories required for use can be found on the Havis company website: havis.com. Please do your research for fitment and compatibility of console for desired vehicle. All of our items come only with what is pictured or described in the description.
