All items will be dispatched no later than two working days after the purchase, and in many cases within 24 hours.

Please ensure the shipping address is the same as the PayPal address. Please contact us if you require us to ship to a different address.

We use Royal Mail, UPS, Hermes and DPD. Tracking is normally available on all items.

If you do not receive your item within 14 days please contact us so that we can investigate.

Should you wish to return your item(s) for whatever reason within 14 working days from purchase you are eligible for a full refund if returned unused and unopened.

However, it is your responsibility to pay any returns costs incurred to return the item, In the unlikely event it is faulty or damaged please contact us though the "contact seller" or "ask a question" link so we can resolve straight away.

Please do not leave us negative/neutral feedback or open a returns dispute without first giving us a chance to resolve your query - we wish to resolve every problem however small.

We only accept Paypal accounts with a confirmed address. Cheques are not accepted.
