Super Root is a peat free tree and shrub planting compost, made
from a blend of sterilized mushroom compost and composted fine bark, making
this blend enriched with the controlled addition of essential minerals and
nutrients to create a balanced product. Super root is able to rapidly aid the
establishment of trees and shrubs by promoting early growth.
This compost is recommended in planting pits, normally at the
ratio of one part Super root to four parts of topsoil but this addition rate
can be increased to 1:3 with poor soil types.
For general soil improvement a 50mm layer should be spread over
the area that needs to be treated then rot ovate it in.
