MNH; From Scott 1313 through 1592 Here I offer 25 United States plate blocks with Scott numbers 1313 through 1592. There are a few duplicates, so that the number of different plate blocks is actually 21. There is an additional item: Scott 1311 (6 of them, 5 canceled). They were gathered by my mother, a lifelong collector of stamps who passed away in 2014 at the age of 92. I am now dealing with her massive collection.
