Direction for use
1. Before the machine is used, please check whether transmission parts are loose or the other abnormity is produced, and the direction of the machine operation should be consistent with the direction shown by the arrow.2. No-load test is conducted for 1-2 minutes before using the machine. Materials can be fed after the machine is operating normally. Increasing the feeding quantity gradually and obversing the electric current and functioning of the motor. The blanking flashboard can be fixed only after feeding and current balance are normal.
3. Drying the materials or using a coarse screen stencil if the materials are too wet or have poor mobility to cause poor discharging performance. Opening the front cover to replace the screen stencil. The hand wheel must be tightened to ensure the front cover and the case remain sealed.
4. Stopping feeding the materials for 5-10minites to reduce the residual material before shutting down the machine.

The machine can achieve the required speed. Abnormality checks should be conducted after shutdown.
Metal materials, such as nails and iron, are strictly prohibited from entering the inside when the machine is running.
