Each order is for TWO plates.  You pick the sizes!

The following sizes are available.

 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2', 5/8", 3/4" or the 2-hole spacer plate

(3.0mm, 4.5mm, 6.0mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm or the sausage stuffer plate)

Premium Stainless Steel = NO RUST!

This plate measures 2 3/4" (82mm) across and 5/16" (8.2mm) thick

Center hole is 3/8" (10mm)

Our premium grinder plates are stainless steel (not carbon steel) and DO NOT require lubricating prior to storage.  Single notched for Northern Tool, Kitchener, MTN Hobart, Cabelas, LEM,  Chop Rite, Universal, Tor-Rey and most other brands.
