This splitter is part of the Vision V5 range.

V5- splitters are built to compliment all V5-EVO models. With class leading performance in terms of low insertion loss, cable slope pre-emphasis and linearity, these splitters and taps allow managed trunk signal distribution for 5-wire IRS. V5- taps attenuate the signal to the side output while minimising trunk through losses. EV5 splitters provide equal division of the incoming signal to all ports.

V5-EVO splitters and taps pass DC on the through lines at up to 2A when the current is shared across 2 of the IF lines.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order with us at any time within 14 days from the day of delivery PROVIDING goods are returned in the same brand new conditions as they were supplied: unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Note that the delivery charges are not refundable.

Once your goods have been dispatched, you are still able to cancel your order within 14 days under the Distance Selling Regulations. A full refund will be issued not including postage and packing fee. If the product was purchased with a "Free shipping" offer then we reserve the right to deduct any postage & packaging costs incurred by us.

Goods must be returned in an unused and unopened condition within 14 days, Return postage and any additional postage and packing charges will be within the buyer’s responsibility. Original postage and packing fees are NOT refundable.

We would advise that you enclose a cover note on the outside of the package including your order details and reason for return to ensure there are no delays with refunding your payment. When returning goods we would always recommend using a ‘signed for’ delivery service to ensure the goods arrive back safely. When the goods are received by us, we shall process the agreed refund amount within 5 days.

All products returned will be inspected to ensure they are returned in brand new condition and re-saleable condition. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced if returned to us within 14 working days, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item (Please note that the above terms does not apply to products sold as seen or without any warranty) It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.

All non-faulty or items ordered in error will be subject to a 25% restocking fee minus postage charge. Any items missing from order should be reported to us within 48hrs of receipt. Return address: Below in Business Seller Information.

Faulty or damaged goods: In the unusual event that you should receive goods from us that are damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24-48 hours maximum. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, Creative Satellite Ltd reserves the right to acquire photographic evidence before progressing to resolve the problem.

Where deemed possible we will replace any faulty/damaged components rather than replacing the whole item. We will always ensure that the product received is suitable for use and of satisfactory condition, and will endeavor to solve any problem as efficiently as possible.

Satellite viewing cards are exempt from our Return Policy , at our discretion we might be able to compromise therefore please contact us first. Viewing cards must be unused and Not activated.

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to guarantee subscription viewing cards, should the broadcaster decide to cease broadcasting or alter its programming content from those currently advertised, change schedules, satellite position, or card is misused and / or cancelled by the Broadcaster.

Viewing cards are provided strictly for domestic use only, no advice or warranty will be given for use in public houses, bars and any other commercial premises.
