This is a vintage 1984 porcelain plate made by Porsgrund in Norway.

It's the annual Fathers Day plate, 14th in the series, showing a father and child planting a tree.

The back is marked as shown.

It's in very good condition without any chips, cracks or damage.

It measures about 5-1/4" in diameter.
