This card Was only available if you purchased a large pizza from Domino's Pizza in Japan, back in December, 2008, for a very limited time. It has the official Domino's Pizza logo on the bottom left corner of the card. You will receive the exact card in the picture.

The card is officially graded by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator).  PSA is the worlds largest and most reputable grading and authentication company. The card is graded on a scale of 1-10 (1 is the lowest and 10 is the highest). The card comes encased in a plastic case with bar code.
