This is a pair of new, with tags, womens pants in a size Large.  

They are by Allison Brittney, 95% polyester 5% spandex, and are machine washable.

They have a comfy, wide, stretch waistband that can be turned down/folded over, no pockets in the front or in the back, are a kind of crinkled/textured material, and are black. 

 The measurements are as follows:

waist - 34 inches unstretched and stretches up to 42 inches

rise - 17 inches (at the longest, you can turn the waistband down so it's not so high)

hips - 52 inches

inseam - 32 inches

leg opening - 28 inches.
