A1: Kindly please check the bottom of the mouse. The USB receiver was placed at the bottom of the mouse

A2: The power of the battery was used out. Kindly please charge it. Note: It's best to charge it before using

Q3:Why the mouse can't connect to my laptop?

A3:1) Charging it.

2)Plug the USB receiver into the USB port of your laptop

3)Turn on the mouse via the power button on/off.

4)If it still doesn't work, try to plug the USB receiver into another USB port of your laptop

Q4: what's the difference between the 2.4g USB Version and Bluetooth Version?
