Features: 

1. There are lots of diamonds in the cutters. 

2. The layout of the diamonds is designed by innovative formula. 

3. The blade can cut concrete at least 290m while testing. 

4. The blade is manufacturing by V-Tech technology, it allows diamond particle to protrude up to 3/4 out of the bond, much higher than that of sintering and electroplating, leaving better clearance on tools surface, significantly improving cutting efficiency and cooling. 

5. V-Tech creates a chemical bonding between diamond and matrix, permanently brazing the diamond to the substrate. The diamond crystal is retained on the tool in continuous cutting until totally wearing itself out. Therefore, the working life of V-Tech tools is highly increased over traditional tools. 

6. The breakthrough of V-Tech eliminates heat injury to diamond which often happens on traditional tools. It maintains the best chemical and physical performance of diamond and prevents it from any damage.

1. Ensure that the blade is not damaged from shipment. Inspect for bent, warped or cracked damage to the blade from shipping or abusive treatment. These and other deformities observed should be brought to the attention of your supplier. 

2. Proper use of this blade will greatly enhance the safety and performance of this blade. 

3. Do not over speed or drop 

4. Cut in straight line only and do not use additional blades the same time. 

5. When starting the blade, let it run for a few seconds while looking for vibrations, wobble or unusual noise. If any of these occur stop the blade immediately and inspect installation or for blade damage. 

6. Do not use Damaged blades. 

7. Do not use for metal or glass. 

8. Cutting curves or other forms of abuse of this blade can cause strss cracks and blade fragments to separate resulting in injury to individuals in the vicinity.
