Cahokia Order of the Arrow Lodge #126 MINT Flap Patch featured here.  This lodge, which merged in 1991, was out of the Cahokia Mound Council in the Granite City, Illinois area. A very nice issue and tougher patch to get at that event! I like to think this will make a fine addition to someone's collection! Buyer to add $1 extra to cover postage.
