This listing is for an antique Art Nouveau postcard by the noted artist Alphonse Mucha. The artwork is entitled Nepodajnost - Resistance. The card is postally unused but probably dates to shortly after 1911 when the Municipal House in Prague, where this painting is a permanent mural, was built.
