- All items are posted dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria to Australia wide via AUPOST & Other local couriers (eg: Fastway). Please note the courier company will be chosen automatically for you depends on your location.

- We post every weekday only, except Public Holidays. Each order will be dispatched in 1-2 business day after payment received in workdays.
- After dispatch, tracking number will be available. They usually deliver between 2- 6 business days. Delivery to WA and remote regional areas can take longer.
- Please kindly note that we cannot prevent delays/damages in delivery by AUPOST & Other local couriers. If your item has been damaged in transit, please let us know and we will arrange resend.
