This vintage 1940’s antique platinum and diamond Gruen Precision wristwatch is in EXCELLENT CONDITION and keeps GOOD time. The watch has 76 antique single cut diamonds, 4 emerald cut diamonds and 2 marquise shape diamonds. All 82 diamonds are VERY WHITE and EYE CLEAN, they weigh approx. .86 carats total weight.

The crystal is in BRAND NEW CONDITION (NO scratches or chips).

The dial was probably refinished but it still looks good.

The 17 jewel manual wind mechanical movement is signed “GRUEN WATCH Co SWISS”. The outside of the watch case is marked “900 PLATINUM”. The watch measures 70.3 mm long (2.77”) x 14.2 mm (without the blue sapphire crown). The brand new (not original) black band or cord has a stainless steel buckle.

The watch will fit any wrist that measures up to 7 3/4”.

The watch weighs 11.8 grams (without the band). The pictures of the watch were taken with the sapphire crown in the out position.
