10" wide, 19" tall - all wood - handcrafted and SIGNED on the bottom "The Country Shop E Caboon 1982 105". This is fashioned to look like a wooden pull-toy, but the wheels are nailed to the sides and do not turn freely. Nice vintage folk art animal decorative piece.
