Up for auction is a vintage pastel painting, by listed Chicago artist William Jacobs (1897-1973). Including the matte and frame, it measures 13 1/2" by 12 1/2". The subject is a harbor scene, with people in sailboats, and tree's in the background. It's dated 1963, next to the artists signature. The painting is in excellent condition.
