Freight items take 15+ business days for techs to go all through them and shipping to arrive

Drive-way delivery is included

Inside delivery is additional and possible in most all locations

Once picked up by shipping, item will update in customer's Ebay purchase history, and when machine arrives is in customer’s vicinity, shipping will contact to schedule delivery

Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days, depending on delivery location

Shipping typically will not deliver without scheduling with customer prior. Phone contact in Customer's Ebay profile is the contact info shipping receives

Freight items cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box and signature is required for delivery

Shipping company wraps, straps and pallets items for delivery

Freight items are sold as is with no warranties, no cancellations, no returns, no refunds

New monitor and PCB include 30-day replacement warranty

ORDER INFORMATION

Freight items are all special-order items. No cancellations, returns or refunds

Customer service and Tech support included with all freight item purchase

New equipment (PCB, arcade LCD monitor) include 30 day replacement warranty. Original equipment is unable to include a warranty

 

RETURN COST
Return items and/or items returned to shipper for any reason; buyer is responsible for any and all costs of all freight expenses, both shipping and return, as well as any other incurred expense and applicable fees/charges, etc due to return; cancellation, non-delivery, reschedule, change of address, etc...

Cancellation fee:
Cancellation, return or refund of any special order freight item, for any reason, is subject to a 25% cancellation fee

Restocking fee:
Special order items cancelled, returned or refunded for any reason are subject to a 25% restocking fee

Non-Delivery fee:
Non-delivery/delivery attempt and/or non acceptance of delivery is subject to a $180 fee

Reschedule Delivery fee:
Rescheduling a delivery after scheduled, missed, etc is subject to a $180 fee

Change of Address fee:
Changes made to delivery address after scheduled is subject to a $90 fee
