This is a piece of artwork by San Francisco artist Mark Monsarrat. The history of his work is on the back of this hand colored lithograph of a San Francisco street scene. Artist signed and adated 1991, the lithograph was originally done in 1989. In the long narrow format, this piece measures 5" x 14", matted, ready to frame. If an insured item is damaged in transit please save all packaging to take to the PO if necessary. In order for me to start a claim and your payment to be received promptly the USPS states that if an item is shipped back the insurance is null and void, So DO NOT start a return on a damaged item, contact me and I will get on the claim process right away. Usually a check from the PO is sent within a week. If an item is lost the PO requires a 20-30 day wait before a lost item insurance claim can be filed. I have a pretty good track record of items arriving safely, I pack for survival!
