Traffic film is the flat grey haze that a normal shampoo won't shift. It's diesel soot, brake dust, road salt and oil bound together into a layer that grips the paint, and no amount of soapy water and a sponge will lift it — you just push it about and end up rubbing it in. That's what a pre-wash is for, and it's the step most people skip.
Citra Blast breaks that film down chemically before anything touches the panel. It's citrus powered, so it goes after the oily binder holding the grime on rather than simply trying to wash it off, and it's fast acting — spray it on, let it dwell, rinse it away. On most soiling there's no scrubbing at all. What you're left with is a vehicle that's genuinely ready for a contact wash, and far less grit sitting on the paint to get dragged around by your mitt.
It's built for cars, vans and HGVs, which tells you the strength it's mixed to. Anything that shifts a winter's road film off the front of a lorry will make short work of a family car. Developed and blended here in the UK.
