I will be listing several different Department 56, All God's Children, and San Francisco Music Box Company items that were all purchased from the owner of a local store that closed and specialized in collectible items. This auction is for a Seasons Bay "Chapel On The Hill" village house. It comes new and complete in the original box in original foam packing and even the original outer plastic wrap. It had not been opened until I made the photos for auction. This is a beautiful large piece that retailed new for $72.00. Starting all my auctions below original retail price.
