Payment |
Payment is expected immediately We automatically file a non-paying dispute when
payment has not been received by the 4th day. Non paying buyers will be
blocked from purchasing in the future. |

Shipping |
We do NOT ship International. Shipping is available to the
contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto
Rico. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. Shipping via UPS and
FEDEX, all merchandise is insured. Shipping fees are fixed, non-negotiable and
vary per item. Must be paid in 1 transaction. We do combine shipping if we are
able to ship in one box. We ship within 1-5 days of payment receipt. We ship
Monday - Friday. |

A 8.25% Sales Tax is applicable in the state of Texas. |

Shipping Terns |
Should you decide that you don't like item and want to return it, our original
cost to ship the item will be reduced from any refund and you will be
responsible for return shipping costs as well. This can be costly so please be
sure that you want the item before making purchase. |

Refunds & Returns |
All returns must be received by us within 14 days of purchase in order to
receive a full refund or exchange on unopened or unused product. Tatouage
Designs returns must be shipped in a box. No refunds will be credited if the
product is sent in an envelope or is folded or creased in any way.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If item is "free shipping" and returned, our
actual shipping costs will be reduced from total refund. Buyer is responsible
for return shipping and insurance. We recommend adding signature
confirmation on merchandise value over $250.00 |
