This 13 X 19 inch document is in good condition for its age with a couple of minor fold seam splits..The Plat measures 12 x 13 and is attached to the Bill of Sale  It is an a bill of sale of Mount Pleasant, a plantation in Colleton Dist., St Bartholomews Parish, SC.  This plantation is known today as  Poco Sabo I think on the Ashepoo River. The plantation is being sold by the Estate Trustees Dr. Alexander Fraser and Frederick Fraser to Elias M. Speights . It is signed by both Frasers and Archibald Campbell from the Colleton County Conveyance Office.    Shipping includes insurance.
