Moon Glow UV Pro Face and Body Cakes come in a semi dry cake form and are water activated. All colors are bright neon and daytime visible. In blacklight they glow like crazy setting off any place on the body which they are applied. Use a brush or sponge to apply to your chosen area. Colors can be built in up layers for a more intense effect. Mix the colors together to make your own custom blend!
