Most wigs are made in an average cap size, which fits the majority of wearers. However, everyone is unique. For the best fit, please measure your head before purchasing.

• Petite: 51–54cm (20–21.25") circumference
• Average: 54–57cm (21.25–22.5") circumference
• Large: 57–60cm (22.5–24") circumference

Please do not rely on photos alone when choosing your color. Monitors, phone screens, and lighting can all change how a shade appears.

• Different screens may add more blue, red, or green, which can dramatically shift tones.
• Photos are taken in bright lighting, which can make colors look more intense.
• Item color codes are universal for each brand – always choose based on the color number/name, not just how it looks on your screen.
• If you’re not familiar with a color code, we recommend Googling the shade or visiting a local wig shop to view similar tones in person.

We are not professional photographers. Photos are provided to give you an idea of style and color, but they cannot guarantee an exact match to your lighting and monitor.

Many wigs and hairpieces ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Occasionally there may be an unexpected backorder on a style/color.

• If your chosen color is unavailable or backordered, we will message you through eBay.
• If you’d like us to check color availability before you purchase, please message us with the style and color code.
• If another retailer has told you a color is on backorder, it is usually unavailable with us as well, but we do keep some inventory on hand, so feel free to double check.
• If you send a Best Offer, please include the style name and color code you want in the offer notes so we can confirm availability before accepting.

• We do not do extraordinary styling for photos; wigs may arrive less styled and can be customized by you or your stylist.

Color & Style: Because color can vary by screen and lighting, and styles may look different on different faces, these issues are not considered defects.

For sanitary reasons and to protect all of our customers, wigs are not returnable except in the rare case of a clear mistake on our end (incorrect item shipped).

If you open a return for color or style reasons that were chosen by you, we may need to report this to eBay. eBay’s guarantee is that you receive the item you ordered – not that you will like every aspect of it.

If you believe you received the wrong style or color, please message us through eBay with:

• The style and color you ordered
• The style and color printed on the tag attached to the wig
• A clear photo of the tag showing the incorrect item

Ellen Wille Buyers: If the title includes “FS”, it means Final Sale – no returns on that item. Some Ellen Wille colors may ship from a German warehouse and take approximately 10–14 days to arrive. Please message us if you’d like us to check stock before ordering.

Condition of Accepted Returns (non-wig items): Items must be in pristine, resaleable condition with all packaging, tags and nets exactly as received. Altered, worn or damaged items are not eligible for return. If a return is accepted, a 25% restocking fee and original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
