This card was from the original Pokemon Fan Club (Before Daisuki Club and before the Players Club). It was only available to Japanese Fan Club members who reached the 700 point level, which was the very highest level on the old point scale. If you were lucky enough to reach the 700 point level, you were awarded this card. It is part of the "GET" campaign from the Pokemon Fan Club. If you look closely you can see the word "GET" in Japanese and English on the middle right side of the card. The Pokemon Fan Club closed down many years ago, so this card is extremely difficult to find, especially in this condition. You will receive the exact card in the picture.

The card is officially graded by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator).  PSA is the worlds largest and most reputable grading and authentication company. The card is graded on a scale of 1-10 (1 is the lowest and 10 is the highest). The card comes encased in a plastic case with bar code.
