Hand signed by Southern Californian RAMfish artist. RAMfish is an award winning artist native to Southern California. She received training in drafting and drawing in Las Vegas in her youth and began watercolor painting over 20 years ago in Laguna Beach CA. She has worked with pastels and acrylics to created many murals and street art.
