Hand carved shell cameo in a nicely done 10k yellow gold frame with a good condition pin stem and catch and a loop that folds up for a pendant chain. Very good condition. Shows normal wear. Pin stem and catch has pin raised to just above the center for a more stable position as a pin. Pin stem and catch are not gold. 1 oval hand carved shell cameo 37mm x 28mm. Stamped: Ck1GlPCO. Tested: 10k. 11.8 grams. 1 ¾ x 1 3/8 inches.
