This is a rare old hanging toothpick or match holder. There is a wonderful Art Nouveau era scenic tavern scene on it. I am told it is a match holder. It is not signed but I am also told it is Royal Bayreuth. There is no damage or repairs. Measures 5 1/2 inches tall, it is 4 inches across and sticks out 3 inches.
