Southwestern Silver Floral Earrings, Screw Back - these are marked sterling on the screw - I tested them and the mechanism tested as though it were sterling or had sterling content but the earring was only very minimally showing silver - perhaps plated.  The flower part is also mildly magnetic reactive so I would call them silver tone and not sterling.  They are still anice southwestern mid-century earring.  They need to be cleaned a little better - when I got them there was blue polish residue in the center of one - I removed that but did not polish the earrings as many vintage buyers want thing left as is.  These are 5.79 in weight for the pair and the earrings are scooped shaped with a scalloped edge to the bell of the flower.  The are 7/8 wide and tall about 8mm thick - they are not a flat design.  Usual earrings which makes me wonder if they are hand-made.  Age is appx. 1960's-1970's based on the mechanism and design.   These  came from a  PA auction/estate sale.   See photos.  Lot Loc. We carry mostly vintage jewelry across all themes in my stores and listings. We have our own store and are and have been known as  stampshopgirl in Ebay and have been since I think 2003.  At one point we had a gift shop/rubber stamping store and switched over to vintage jewelry about six years ago on a full time basis, which also including taking and completing gemology classes as well as jewelry appraisal studies. We carry limited other vintage items and am trying to change our presence to marias vintage and estate treasures.  You may see both names until the migration is complete.  You can find us on pinterest where all ebay items and other venues are categorized - mariasvinta0654.

If the item is over $50.00   for international mailing will need be sent with insurance at the buyer’s cost. That may require separate invoicing.

WE DO NOT STORE FINE METALS AND GEMSTONES ON PREMISES. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT QUESTIONS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO BE ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY. THANK YOU.
