Refunds
Refunds
will only be given once goods are received at the return address given.
We
reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned
within 14 days of delivery.
In
order to qualify for our refunds policy, all Items must be in a re-saleable
condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and
complete with all tags and labels attached where
applicable.
We
reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in
re-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and not in a
re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your
expense.
Goods
must be returned in the condition that they were purchased.
Our
refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Exceptions
to Refund Policy
There
are exceptions to our Refunds policy for certain items. Please note this is a
non-exhaustive list (there are others that are not shown) and that these
conditions do not affect your non-excludable statutory
rights.
For
reasons of health, hygiene safety and copyright, we are unable to exchange or
refund the following products once worn or once the packaging has been opened or
damaged:

hats
2.
hair accessories
3.
quilts
4.
duvets
5.
DVD?s/Blu Ray/Software once opened
6.
Breast pumps
7.
Laptop batteries
8.
underwear and shapewear once the heat seal on the packet has been
broken/opened
Our
cooling off period lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be
unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the exception of
personal nature/intimate items (breast pumps, hair removal, electric blankets,
parts that come into contact with the body etc.), batteries that have been
opened, DVD, Blu ray, software or anything that has access to codes or copying
etc. Clothes are accepted back only if the item is defective. It must have tags
attached where applicable and be in the original
packaging.
Electronic
returns that are reported faulty are usually processed within 2 to 3 working
days which gives us time to thoroughly test the item. Should the item not be
faulty as claimed or is determined to be down to incorrect user operation or a
lack of understanding of the working of the machine then any return fees will be
deducted from the final refund. Non electronic items will be processed within 1
to 2 working days. If the return is approved, then your refund will be
processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of
payment. Postage costs are returned only for defective items (subject to our
testing procedures).

As you haven?t been able to physically see the goods, the Distance Selling Act
states that you have a seven-day cooling off period, we offer a 14 day cooling
off period which starts from the date of receipt.

Items returned under this act MUST be UNUSED and return postage must be paid for
by the buyer. Any damage or items missing from the returned item will be
deducted from the refund.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable for anything except a faulty item.
No exceptions. If an exchange is requested then extra postage charges will be
applied (this would be the same price as the original postage
cost)
Even
if P&P is free the original postage cost will be deducted. If returning an
item you the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to
us. We recommend a secure method that requires a signature on delivery. Please
note the item must be in its original condition as received and unopened. Only
if the item is faulty will postal costs be reimbursed (this will be subjected to
our testing procedures).
5.
For security and health and safety reasons we will not be able to accept returns
of personal nature products that have been used unless a fault has developed
(this will be subjected to our testing procedures).
6.
Warranty will be deemed void if the item is liquid damaged, tampered with in any
way or our warranty seals are broken or tampered with.
7.
All serial numbers and warranty void label numbers are recorded against the
buyer to prevent fraud.
8.
Any glass, porcelain or ceramic products are returned at the customers own
risk.
