Cannons UK are proud to introduce our new Flatline Pro tiles that are manufactured using a COLD process, which sets new standards for recycled rubber tiles. (No other company in the UK offers this) 

This new process has been years in the making and makes fitting the tiles even easier than ever.

Unlike other recycled rubber flooring that use a Hot process there is almost no tolerance so each mat is 1m x 1m (imagine trying to fit tiles together if sides are different sizes) meaning you can be happy in the knowledge that each tile is the same size as the next. 

No bad smells (VOC Tested) or crumbly loose surface, unlike other alternatives.  We only use Binder (adhesive) direct from Germany to prevent this.

No gaps or compressing them together to make them fit. Install side by side or brickwork pattern, its your choice.

Also we are the only suppliers in the UK where rubber mats have passed REACH certification and VOC tested.

High-density (heavy duty) and heavy enough (18.5kg each) so you don’t need adhesives to fix them. Easy to cut with a Stanley knife.

Thickness is 20 mm and are suitable to use for free weight areas, weightlifting flooring and cross fit gym flooring. 

Gym Tiles Flatline, Is it Safe?

Flatline gym tiles environmentally friendly floor covering, because of being recycled and rebuilt product made from non-toxic and low VOC polyurethane bonding raw materials.

With our new technology, we have a special surface which is 100% flat and anti-porous. Anti porous surface technology has the advantage of easy cleaning and softer than classic rubber gym tiles. 

Cannons UK Flatline has no bad smells
No bad smell unlike cheaper alternatives. We only use Binder (adhesive) direct from Germany in our production to prevent this. Cheap binder equals strong rubber smell.

Gym flooring tiles are guaranteed for 3 years against cracking and colour defects.

GENERAL CONDITIONS 1) CANNONS FLOORING LIMITED (SELLER) guarantees these products (PRODUCT) to be free from manufacturing defects on both material and workmanship and offers two (3) year limited warranty from date of sale to first purchaser (USER) for CANNONS FLOORING INDOOR TILES SERIES. 2) PRODUCT will comply with the technical specifications and be fit for those applications as set forth in the manufacturer’s published technical and promotional materials at the time of sale. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NOR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. 3) To exercise this limited warranty, SELLER must be notified within five (5) days of any occurrence giving rise to claim and prior to installation. 4) This Warranty is neither transferable nor assignable by USER and shall become null and void upon the transfer of the PRODUCT to a different location or to another USER. 5) USER must verify packing slip matches product order when receiving. After inspecting delivered PRODUCT thoroughly, any discrepancies of original order, defect, etc. must be reported to SELLER. Any defects must be reported to the place of purchase prior to installation. If such defect is discovered, the USER must notify SELLER either through the contracting installer/distributor. 6) SELLER is fully committed to providing safe and environmentally friendly products to our customers. We pride ourselves in being an eco-friendly company with a large variety of products made from recycled rubber materials. We offer rubber flooring, rubber mats and even industrial rubber rolls made from recycled rubber and 100% new EPDM. Recycled rubber and reclaimed rubber are for the most part by-products of used tire crumb. Since the origin of the ex-act tire and/or rubber material recycled and used for the sake of the production of a specific rubber parts is unknown, and since it is not feasible to test every tire that is recycled, some products may present small pieces from rock, linen, or metal. Rubber, as material, is always subject to small dimension changes due to its natural features and weather and environment temperature changes. Rolls and tiles may get slightly thinner or thicker and/or shorter or longer during their life. Such rubber behaviors are not covered by the Warranty. 7) SELLER does not guarantee, warrant or offer any patent or trademark protection to USER. SELLER shall not be obligated, liable or in any way responsible to USER because of any alleged/actual violation of patent or patentrights, trademarks or intellectual or property rights arising from or in connection with the sale oruse of the product. 8) USER shall comply with all reasonable requests of manufacturer in the administration of any warranty claim. SELLER cannot assume responsibility for the suitability of flooring and rubber material and accompanying PRODUCT for each individual installation, use and application, since SELLER has no control over the installer’s proper application. Should an individual piece be doubtful as to appearance or dimensions (other than described in TDS), the installer should not use the piece in question. Such damage is not covered.

Goods can be returned, for a refund, if Cannons UK is notified within 30 days of receiving your goods.

If Cannons UK is notified outside of the 30 days, then a credit can be issued to be used against a future order at Cannons UK discretion.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a resalable condition.

Any refund or credit will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods.

For the purposes of these terms a credit means a credit note.

Where you do not have a right to return There are certain instances where returns cannot be accepted and these are:  Made-to-Order products - these are products from our range that are specifically Made-to-Order and cannot be returned. These products are highlighted as Made-to-Order on product pages online at time of order.

Refused deliveries of Made-to-Order products are not eligible for a credit. Personalised products - products that are personalized to your requirements e.g., a different colour that is not standard or a bespoke size/configuration.

Collecting & Processing a Return Cannons UK will arrange collection of the goods with one of our couriers and it is the buyer’s responsibility to be present at time of collection.

Should a collection be missed, Cannons UK reserves the right to charge for arranging another collection. Upon receipt of the returned goods, Cannons UK will then process the return. Cannons UK will apply a combined restocking and collection fee of up to 30% of the value of the goods. If there is damage to products and/or clear evidence of use, then Cannons UK reserves the right to make a further deduction to the final returned amount

Return Exchanges In the event of a customer having made an error with their order and requiring an exchange, Cannons UK reserves the right to apply charges for collection, re-delivery and processing the return. Cannons UK will require original goods to be returned before replacements are sent out.  

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving goods.
