It is by Candie's Girl, body & lining are 100% polyester exclusive of ornamentation, and is machine washable.

It has a comfy wide elastic waistband, no pockets in the front or the back, is fully lined, and is black with a purple polka dot pattern.  

The measurements are as follows:

waist - 26 inches unstretched and stretches up to 48 inches

hips - 42 inches

length - 15 inches.
