It is important that all customers reads and understand all of the Purchase terms and condition prior purchasing.
in Purchasing an item from EPRacing Ltd Store means customers has agreed to all the sales terms & condition listed.
If customer do not agreed to the Terms & Condition they have the rights on not to proceed with the purchase of the item.  

General condition

Some Tuning products may damage your car vehicle if incorrectly installed.
If Customer are not sure about the item they are buying we would recommand customer to do some research before purchasing.

 Payment options

We accept the following payment methods: All major Credit Cards (except American Express), Internet banking transfer and Paypal. 

Delivery

We have our own appointed courier service that provides fast and efficient delivery service to our Customers.

We normally dispatch our item with in a few working Days but is dependent on stock and availability.

All items can be send through out UK mainland, Wales and Mainland Scotland.
Remote Areas in UK such as Chanel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands will carry extra shipping surcharge.

International orders are subject to weight and destination charges, please contact us and check for further information before you place an order.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item is checked when item arrived. If there is signs on Damage on the Box or packaging customer can reject the item or sign the item as box damage as this will enable the Courier to gives 12 hours window to report any damage and we would strictly expect customer to check item and report back to us as soon as possible.

Failing to do so will result in parts not being replaced or a refund.
 

Return & Exchange policy

Returns for exchange or refund will be allowed within 7 (seven) Working days from receipt of the item. All items return must be in the same condition as it was send out (unused and its under original packaging). All packaging, documentation, invoice, packing slip, warranty cards, instructions and hardware must also be returned.
Item will NOT be refunded or exchange if there shows signs of having been Damaged, installed, modified, painted or not return to us complete. 

Freight Damaged & Insurance Claims

Parcel must be checked carefully for damages before signing for package. Even if the package is in good condition open it immediately and check for hidden damages. If the item was not checked during delivery and are signed for as received in good condition, but later found the item was damaged your insurance claim will not be valid and if We cannot claim for the damage we have the right to reject your claim or replacement the damage item.
