REFUND POLICY

In the event that you decide that you do not require the goods, you will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. After receiving authorisation from us, you must return the goods within 28 days of having received them. The return of goods is at the buyers own expense. We will not accept returns after 14 days. We will only accept returns which are unused and must be in a resalable condition. Any product returned to us not in a resalable condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at their own expense. We will refund the full purchase cost of the goods.

In the unlikely event that you have received faulty/damaged or the wrong goods, you will need to notify us within 7 days.  The goods will need to be returned to us at our expense.  We will forward our returns procedure upon your initial contact.  You will have the choice of an exchange or a full refund.
