This is a new, with tags, girls dress in a size 3T.  

It is by Girls Rule, 71% cotton 22% nylon 7% rayon, lining is 100% polyester exclusive of decoration, and is machine washable.

It has a button at the back of the neck, cap sleeves, a ribbon type belt that ties in the back, is an ivory lace on top, and a light pink colored mesh layered design on the bottom with some silver glitter.  

The bust measures 20 inches and the length is 20 inches.
