Vintage Engraving After Charles Le Brun's Human Physiognomy Study, 18th or 19th Century (#13)

This is a vintage engraving inspired by Charles Le Brun's study of expressions through human passion. Charles Le Brun lived from 1619-1690 and his works were copied and reproduced multiple times over the next few centuries--this engraving is not signed or dated. It measures 9 1/2 x 13 1/4 inches. 

This particular piece does not have any note of artist or engraver, nor the title of the emotional state. The only thing printed on the sheet other than the figure's head is the number "13" in the upper right corner. This is in good condition, with minor foxing and light wear/discoloration to the edges.
