Returns: We do not accept returns on clothing for health reasons. We want to assure our buyers that items come from a clean, non-smoking home and that they have not been tried on or handled by other buyers. We cannot do that if items have been sent out and returned. 

 All other items have a 30 day return policy with buyer paying shipping to return and original shipping. We reimburse shipping only if we have made an error. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent - with tags and in original packaging. Items that have been used cannot be returned.  Please message us if you have a concern.

Offers: If an item has a "best offer,"  please be fair and reasonable.  Offering less than half asking price is a waste of both our time.  If we could afford to sell an item at such a low price, we would list it at that price.  

Communication: We answer all messages quickly.  We try to send a message on mailing as well. And if you haven't heard from us, check your spam folder. 

 Item as Described: We do our best to describe accurately but we are not perfect. Message with questions and check size, color, and details of the item you are purchasing before you bid.

We expect payment within 7 days of end of auction.  If you cannot pay within 7 days, please message us to discuss other options.

 Shipping Cost: We charge only what the post office charges us and if we make an error or actual cost is less, we refund any overpayment to you quickly.

International: Buyers are responsible for all customs duty due on their purchases. We are also not responsible if customs delays or holds your package. We cannot change customs regulations or speed up delivery once a package is on its way.

Shipping time: We mail within one day of payment. Please look at mailing date to determine how we did with shipping time since we cannot speed up the post office but do mail quickly. Please do not penalize us if post office is slow.
