I have a First Edition paperback copy of Official Price Guide to Old Books with a date of 1994 for sale.  The book is still in good condition and it's by Marie Tedford. There is no writing or staining inside. The book is tight.  There is a little bit of wear at the top and bottom of the spine and the edges as well but not much. There is some bending to the front cover.
