The discs measure 2 3/4" (69.3mm) diameter. 5/16" (8.4mm) thick. Center hole 3/8" (10mm).
Knife measures 2 7/16" tip-to-tip. 3/8" (11.2mm) thick. 7/16" (12.3mm) square hole.
These plates have the HUB. The HUB is for handling convenience. Most #12 grinders will function properly with double sided flat plates or ones with the HUB. It is personal preference when choosing.
