Our foam is an open-cell high-density foam that is known for its support. This foam is most used for dining seats, bench cushions, seat pads, mattress toppers, ottomans, thin camping mattresses, and massage tables. This foam is also known for its firmness and ability to support the weight. It is recommended for users of 250 lbs or less.
With little give, this foam
provides support and comfort to those suffering from back and hip
issues. This foam is also great to use under-mattress toppers and sofa cushions
for additional support for softer cushions or mattress toppers. The foam is a
high-density foam and has a rubber-based so it will not break down over
time like standard foam. The HD36 Medium foam will hold its support and
shape for years to come.

FREQUENTLY
ASKED QUESTIONS
Question: How is this product packaged?
Answer: The foam will be vacuum packed into a black plastic
seal. You will need to open the black seal carefully, not to damage the foam
inside. Foam needs 24 hours to 48 hours to breathe and come back to shape. You
must open the package as soon as it’s received. PACKAGE WILL BE SMALLER THAN EXPECTED.
Question: Will the foam have a smell?
Answer: Please note that because our foam is a
freshly made product, there may be a small smell to it, but any odor will go
away within one week. You must let the
foam air dry out. This is common with all foam products and will not last more
than a month.
Question: What is the best way to cut the foam to the
shape I’m looking for?
Answer: The best way to cut the open-cell foam is
with a sharp knife or electric carving knife. Just repeat in one direction to
get a clean cut.
Question: Will my foam come to the exact size when I order
it.
Answer: Please note that if you order sheet size,
(example: 82” x 24”) the sheet may be a bit bigger than the actual size listed;
but never smaller.
Question: How do I know what the quality of foam I’m
ordering, how do I compare your foam to other companies?
Answer: When comparing different types of foam with
other companies, it is most important to look at the density and ILD of the
foam. The ILD or IFD measurement shows how hard or soft the foam is. The higher
the number, the firmer the foam. “AIt” also represents how many pounds the foam
will hold before it collapses. If you take a 12″ x 12″ x 12″ foam cube after
the certain ILD is reached that foam will collapse. Foam density is a specific
measurement of how much weight in pounds polyurethane foam can handle per cubic
foot. This density rating tells you the strength of the foam. The higher the
number, the longer the foam will last. It should not be used exclusively as a
sign of durability or comfort, because firmness and lifespan of foam products,
just like mattresses and cushions, depend on many factors, including density.
The density may vary slightly between each foam shipment. The foam is poured a
bit differently each time the foam is made.
REGARDING

compressed in its package for too long it may damage the foam and prevent it

The foam is rolled to reduce shipping costs. Please feel
