These discs are the 3/16" and 1/4" cheese and vegetable shredding size. It is used for larger pizza cheese and shredding of vegetables. Fits the standard Pelican style attachment for all commercial kitchen mixers. (Similiar to the one pictured). This disc measures 9 1/4" diameter.
