We primarily use UPS or USPS to ship items purchased from our eBay Listings.
When selecting the FREE SHIPPING option:
Though your eBay checkout may indicate UPS Ground or Standard Shipping, we ultimately reserve the right to ship by our preferred courier (usually the most cost effective while maintaining the eBay delivery deadline).

If you would like to request a special shipping service, please contact us prior to purchase for approval.
If approved, special-request cases may incur additional charges.
A signature is required for delivery of Orders+Shipping over $500.

Expedited Shipping Services:
Expedited Shipping Services are available in our eBay Shipping presets.
All shipping methods and pricing will be shown at checkout.
All orders will have a (1) day handling time, and will ship the NEXT business day.

Customer Provided Postage (U.S Domestic Addresses ONLY):
If you would like to submit a pre-paid label for shipping, we will accept FedEx, UPS, or USPS labels.
If you are a long-time customer and have a good track record, we will also consider shipping on your FedEx or UPS Account.
Please contact us for availability/approval prior to purchase.
If approved, we will provide instructions for submission of your label or account details.
We reserve the right to refuse customer-provided postage for any reason.

Same-Day Shipping:
Same Day Shipping is available by SPECIAL REQUEST ONLY, on a case-by-case basis.

Again, our default is (1) business day handling for all orders. We reserve the right to refuse same-day shipping for any reason.

IMPORTANT:
All special request orders that have been approved must be arranged & paid for by 12:00PM Central Time.
All orders paid after 12:00PM Central Time will ship the following business day, regardless of any approval or special arrangements.

International Buyers:
International Buyers will be subject to the terms and conditions of the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP). 
We will ship orders purchased by international buyers to the eBay Global Shipping Hub, where they will be forwarded to whichever international address has been provided by the buyer.

What's Covered Under Warranty?
Warranty coverage is for all hardware, hardware components, and software included with the original sale.
Software pre-installed at time of purchase will be covered for initial 30 Days ONLY.
All other software installed post-sale (not included/installed at time of sale) will not be covered under warranty.
Software/Data Recovery is not covered under Warranty.
NOTE:
When configuring your system for first use, please ensure that all backup and recovery files are created in the event that your software is compromised. 

Repairs:
In the event that repairs are sought without a return, estimates for all repair and service costs must be submitted to our accounting department for approval BEFORE proceeding with repairs (please contact us for details).
Any repair/service cost summary submitted without prior approval from our accounting department may be denied as part of the warranty procedure, and may not be reimbursed.  

Additional Warranty Information:
All returns are subject to authorization from require an RMA number.
Returns for refund may be assessed a restocking fee and reimbursement for shipping costs.
Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of refund.

All International Sales purchased via the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP) will be subject to the eBay GSP Return Policy, which may differ from the warranty described above.
