Large Fish Koi Plastic Mold

Great for steam desserts or/and jello desserts or craft projects

Made of sturdy plastic;

If you use it for making jello, chocolate, and other cold desserts, then you can use it for many times.  But if you use it for steaming desserts (e.g., steamed pudding over hot water), then it can be used for 5-6 times.  The plastic will go out of shape after 5-6 times because of the hot steams.)

This mold features 1 large fish koi with great details.  About 9.5" long x 5.25" wide, 3.25" deep

Some cooking idea:

Coconut Pudding/Cake

200 ml milk
200ml coconut juice
50g sugar
50g cornstarch
100ml water
 
1.  put 100ml water and 50g cornstarch together and mix them well
2.  use a small pot and boil the sugar and milk and coconut juice together until the sugar melts
3.  pour the cornstarch mixture into the milk mixture pot slowly and stir it at the same time until it is kind of thick
4.  pour the mixture into the fish mold and let it cool down (perhaps putting the mold over some icy cold water to help cooling down faster); put it in the refrigerator for about two hours.
